site assessment

To understand the requirements of your project we need to visit the site, record the dimensions of and take photos to more fully understand the space and discuss with you how you plan to use it. Greenly views site assessments as an integral part of project management and design.

schematic designs

During and after the site assessment Greenly will create small schematic drawings in conjunction with client to assist with the confirmation of the proposed design. Depending on the project more detailed and formalised schematics can be produced.

return brief

Following our site assessment Greenly will provide you with a return brief confirming your ideas, initial concepts and preliminary pricing.

conceptual design

Conceptual design is where Greenly brings your ideas to life through our design development. Greenly will develop one or multiple concepts based on your vision for your garden. As part of your design Greenly will develop an integrated computer aided drawing with a custom materials palette and plant palette.

Construction documentation and specification

Once a final concept is settled upon Greenly can provide detailed construction drawings including sections and elevations. During this phase of design final costings are determined so there’s minimal uncertainty during the installation.
